RP Servers, Company and Characters

I have a few questions and requests that I would love people to respond to.

1) What is the official RP severs for the NA side of the game?

2) How active are people on the RP severs? I know this is a trick question. This question is directed more towards people who are actually inside the game on these servers.

3) I am looking for a fellow roleplayer with good grammar and punctuation. What I basically want to do is create identical twin characters and come up with a backstory with someone. We would have the same exact appearance and last name but different personalities and classes.

4) I am maybe thinking of starting an all-female character company, sort of based off of the Birds of Prey comic book series. I don't really want to run the entire thing by myself. I am looking for dedicated players to help me create this group and run it together.
