So, there is no denying that as of right now there are server problems that are making it so people cannot play the game.

Instead of retreading or going on a "I'm soooo pissed off" rant, I figured I would toss in my 2 cents on working towards fixing the problems.

Some of these have already been stated in posts, some of these are being worked on, but I figured that I would compile everything and my thoughts here in one thread.

- First and most importantly, increase the number of servers and potentially the number of players possible on a single server. I know this is already being worked on, so good on that.

- Implement a WORKING queue. There is currently one in, but it doesn't work most of the time and instead gives the dreaded "server is full, try again later" message, forcing the player to click back to the menu and try to log in again and again. At least with a functioning queue we can get in line and do something else while we wait.

- Make it so that players that go AFK for an extended period of time are kicked from the server. There are far too many people keeping themselves logged in so that won't have trouble getting in later and then clogging up the server so that those that are actually trying to play at any moment can.

- Display server population (Low, Med, High) next to the server names so that people can make informed decisions about which server to join instead of just guessing.

- Separate/organize servers into EU, NA (West), NA (Central), NA (East). While this may not actually change anything, just organizing and naming the servers in such a way may cause players to gravitate to servers based on where they live and create a more even population spread across the servers.

- Once the new servers are implemented, present the players with a time (1 week?) during which they can freely change what server they are on. This way players can then migrate from over populated servers and have time to find and get situated on new servers that they like.

- Postpone the start of the first billing cycle (i.e. when the first 30 days that are free start counting down from) until at least they point where the new servers are up and players have had a chance to migrate. This way players don't feel like they are paying for a service they were not provided.

Many of these seem pretty "no duh" but I figured actually explicitly stating them was better than not.
So anyways that's my 2 cents on the subject, thanks for listening/reading/whatever.
