Guildmaster does not give class quest

World name: Bahamut
Character name: Professor Patpat
NPC name: Arcanist Guildmaster

Issue: In the journal, I completed lvl 15 class quest. It say the guildmaster will give me the next class quest when i reach lvl 20, however, I am now lvl 32, and he still not give me the next class quest, thus I cannot progress as an arcanist/scholar/summoner, and not able to learn any class skills.

History of the Character (which I think the problem may exist due to)
1. I create the character during the open beta period
2. I level up the character and do the class quest up to the level 15
3. Within the open beta period, I level up to level 20
4. I should be able to get quests at that time (not sure about it, because I do not accept any quest once I reach level 20 in arcanist)
5. I start playing in early access, did not notice about missing the class quest.
6. I discover that I am not able to earn the job scholar or summoner when I hit level 30 in arcanist, 15 in the other 2 class.
7. Going through all the questｓ　Ｉ　ｈａｄ　ｄｏｎｅ　ｂｅｆｏｒｅ，　Ｉ　ｆｏｕｎｄ　ｏｕｔ　ｔｈｅ　ｐｒｏｂｌｅｍ　ｔｏ　ｂｅ　ＮＯ　ｃｌａｓｓ　ｑｕｅｓｔ　ｇｉｖｅｎ　ｔｏ　ｍｅ。

After yesterday's maintenance, I can continue with the quest somehow, could modulator please remove this thread? Thank you.

I have an issue, I cannot reply to this thread? When I click post reply it tells me to login and after I do that to register a name and finally select a main character.

I have followed stated issues and still cannot post
