PS3 CE Product Code

Is anyone else having a problem using your product code at the mog station? It won't allow me to enter the product code as how it came in the box. Now I bought a regular addition for my GF to play on our other PS3 and it worked just fine. I have sent in and email request to SE and told that it's not a priority problem and I have 1 day left before I have to subscribe. Does anyone have and idea on how I can enter my product code or know if this is and issue?

There are two vouchers with codes in PS3 (CE) game box box. One is the SE membership 6-3-6-3 registration code - you don't really need to redeem it (to play the game or receive the CE items) - it's just to add your game on "display" on SE Members social site.

The one you need to register is the 4-4-4 PSN code which indeed needs to be registered via PSN (Store or account management).

Ok. I will give that a try when I get home. I figured since I was playing is phase 3 of the beta and I registered my early access code that i wouldn't need to use the code that came in with the game for that side of it. I figured the product code would be the one I need to use. I will see what happens when I get home.

You definitelly need to redeem the PSN code otherwise your EA will expire tomorrow. It also seems that for some to have the code to "kick in" they need to redownload / reinstall the client on PS3. (Haven't tested it myself but might be that just re-adding the game to download and then cancelling it might do the trick without actually redownloading the whole game.)

Thanks for the help. I registered the game on the PSN side and I got all my items and I didn't redownload the game. I still am not able to use the production key on hte mog station but I did get my items via the moggle delivery so I'm ok with that.
