You won't get the vet rewards until you are charged for the sub.
So you'll need to wait for the free/bundled time to run out first.

Im unsure about the housing/pets but Square-Enix wont take payment from your debit/credit card until your free playtime is up. The people who have received the subscriber rewards already are those who use time cards instead.

I'm not sure if we've heard a confirmed plan for Chocobo breeding, but the rumor mill has it as being released in 2.1 along with player housing.

As for veteran rewards: You do not get the rewards by simply signing up for 90 days via Visa as you are not immediately charged for those 90 days on account of currently having free game time. The only way to get the veteran rewards early would be to use a 90 day time card, which I've heard may be difficult to find at the moment.

Once you get charged for the days and they get officially added as paid playtime.. you will get them. I myself bought 2 60 day gamecards so that one went instant
