CE BOX version - No Bonus Items

Yesterday i got my CE box with code. After registration i saw that my acc is only Standard with no bonus items. SE not responding. Who has same problem plz tell me what to do.

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do except try and talk to SE or possibly complain to whoever you bought it from.

Edit: Although even if the place you got it from gave you a different code, you wouldn't able to apply it to an existing account, it'd be for a new account

Got the same issue, almost 3 days since I sent in my support ticket, not a peep from SE's support.
