FATE Contribution and the NM Fates

So this evening on Leviathan we had a Behemoth spawn. I was there on my lv50 WHM from the moment the first FATE spawned until he died. I was in a party of other 50's with a mix of DD and heals.

I healed the tank that was on Behemoth, raised my party members and kept people alive until the FATE ended and I got....no reward?

Is this normal behavior? Should I just abandon everything my class is meant to do and just spam stone II and aero II on behemoth to get credit?

I did couple low level FATE today and used only the Cure healing NPC's and other players and that did get me highest reward, including the kill credits/exp from most of the killed stuff too. I wasn't in any party and to me it was nice to see I can participate in a FATE like that, just come in, do my thing and leave and not be left out of the rewards. I just hope that in your case it was some uncommon bug or something else that prevented you getting the rewards that will hopefully get fixed.
