A Relic Reborn Bug

Got my relic reborn quest for Bravura (Warrior) but it says that I need to get a sanguine scepter instead of a Barbarians bardiche.

Abandoned quest multiple times, never changed.

Don't have a 50 black Mage either, so I'm pretty confused about this.
