Online Collector's Edition Product Key

So, I pre-ordered the online collector's edition and I still haven't gotten a product key, or at least I don't know where it is. Is anyone else having this issue? People that ordered the physical copy are getting theirs before me, it seemed.

If you ordered the digital version, check your e-mail spam folder as a lot of people seems to have their official release letter sent there (including me). If you still can't find it, go to https://www.findmyorder.com and try retrieving your order there, the key should be in there.

I still can't find it. I ordered it from Amazon, if that makes a difference. The service you linked isn't working either.

Yeah, the link only works if you bought from the SE Online Store... Maybe check with Amazon support?

Sign in to Amazon.com. On the right, you'll see a button that says "Hello <name>, Your Account". Mouse over that and you'll see a long list. You're looking for the section labeled 'Your Games & Software Library'. You'll see FF XIV: ARR on the list. There should be a button labeled "View activation key" or something along those lines. Click that and you should see you 20 digit activation key.

Thank you Cigaran and EmiliM. I managed with the information Cigaran gave, thank you. I can't really log in to check if it worked, but the mog shop shows I'm getting all the items and game time, so I should be good.
