    Primal loot system?

    Ive seen a lot of endgame discussion on many websites. And ive gathered a lot of info on how things work. But for some strange reason no one mentiions hard mode primal drops. Are they need or greed? Or are they the old 1.0 system? Something else? I know people have beaten some of them so someone should know. Please tell me. ; )
