Hatching-tide Problem - unable to receive an Archon egg.

Well it's my first approach to this quest.
My starting city is Gridania.

But to the point, I see "!" mark on the girl near the eggs in Gridania and talk to her. She tell me all the verses like a song and when she end talking i get the massage

"You are unable to receive an Archon egg at this time. Try again later."

It's all the time like that... what's wrong? Something is broken or what?

PS: My character is r41 atm.

Simply, an Ester Event NPC after talking to him/her wont give me an egg and show me the massage in system log "You are unable to receive an Archon egg at this time. Try again later."

I've just teleport to Gridania from i think it was Camp Broken Water, and searched for available quests I could do, one the way I meet old friend of mine and talked to him a bit. After some minutes he invited me to party and we began searching for quests in Gridania. I've found the Ester event NPC's and talked to each of them, and the last one I talked to was Jihli Aliapoh with an "!" mark above her head. Then She told me the verses and when finished, a massage "You are unable to receive an Archon egg at this time. Try again later." appeared, I've tried second time, third... forth ... tenth and still the same...

Thank you for your patience with this issue. This is a problem we've seen others experiencing as well. We are still investigating the cause of this problem at the moment but in the meantime, if after waiting 8 hours you are receiving the same message, please place a helpdesk call in game and a GM may be able to help you progress with this quest further.
