My CE code is still "invalid." I've given you my money, spent hours on hold via your "customer service" hotline. Submitted Tickets; yet I am still having issues.

please continue to post in this thread. like/bump it or whatever until we get this fixed.
Have you used mogstation? Or are you a 1.0 player trying to add an ARR CE code?
Are you definitely entering the correct code? I received a total of three codes:
1. The first code was from the retailer you purchased your Digital Collectors Edition from. That first code was entered into the pre-order website http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/us.
2. After putting your code into preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/us, that website gave you your early access code.
3. Your third code should be emailed to you from the retailer you bought your game from. That is the code that you enter into MogStation http://sqex.to/FFXIVRedeemCodeNA.
I should be 1.0, but I can't find any indicator saying so. I did purchase the original game at launch.
Then that's the problem, early August they stated that 1.0 owners did not have to buy the game again and that they shouldn't because they would not be able to register it to the same service account. Unless SE changes this policy, which is probably likely seeing as a shit ton of people ignored or didn't know about the whole not buying the game again, I would suggest getting a refund or contacting support as they may be able to just activate it for you providing you show proof of purchase.
Or, if you don't care about your 1.0 stuff and just want to play make a new service account.
Thanks man that sums it up, I'll have to request a refund for my $49.99 and pay for the collectors upgrade.
Also, to indicate you have a 1.0 account, it will say you have about a week left of days to play, all 1.0 players got 14 days for free.
