    Just try again in 10 minutes. 3102 is supposed to happen when you get disconnected without logging out correctly. Like the message says your character will be logged out so you just need to try again shortly.

    The 3102 nightmare from phase 4 isn't an issue any more, they fixed the lack of logout so when you get this now, don't panic, just wait and retry soon after.

    Its happening to me too, I was doing Stone Vigil at the time, my internet dropped, but if its happening to EVERYONE at this moment, it seems like something happened to the server.
