I dunno how people still say SMN has a slow ramp up time.

Because of initial fester burst and the fact that our DoTs don't actually take that long to finish, we should hit "average" dps (or over it) right after fester, and peter down slowly until the next fester, at which point we will be generally doing average dps.

Look at monk if you want to see slow ramp up (I'm talking if they don't have PB).

We actually have some of the fastest ramp if you start with Rouse+Spur and Enkindle when you Fester.
