As it is right now 90% of the time the pet dies you(me) don't notice it until you try and fire off enkindle or the other two generic abilities, a complete failure of a summoner class imho. At this point i wouldn't mind if they just gutted summons and made them fire and forget abilities like the versions from FF3-FF9 were.
And this guys, is the truth about the summoner.
This is what we expected: a Yuna-esque summon (the best summon system out there probably), as the website description states! They never talk about magic or debuffs in the summoner job description.
not only that, the worst part is exactly has he described: You'll notice your pet is missing only when you want to fire enkindle and rouse, that's really funny for a SUMMONER class.
