    No, you won't.

    I've always, always, seen my ED restore ~266 HP and ~160 MP no matter my gear level, at 50. Doesn't matter if I crit, doesn't matter if I pop RS. Exact numbers are a little off, because I'm at work, but they're right around there.


    Edit: I was wrong. If you're reading this, it does scale with HP recovery.
