Grand company bug (Just make it official)

NPC name: none

Monster name: none

Class/Level: PLD GLD MUR LNC THM CON lvl50, and some other in lower lvl.

Party or solo: solo

In-game time: right from the start

Area and coordinates: Ul'Dah city

Issue: I was belong to the grand company in maelstorm back in V1.0. After this official launch, I did some main scenario quest and I chose Immortal flame as my grand company this time.
The problem is I CANT MOUNT my chocobo, and I start look into the problem, and under journal, the "My littlr chocobo" quest was under Maelstorm by somehow. and moreover, when i go to the flame commander in Ul'Dah, he doesn't allow me to get quest from him, and the reason is I'm not immortal flame grand company. But in my profile, it shows I am Immortal flame, now i'm stuck.
Therefore , I can't do grand company quest , and i can't ride the chocobo.

I feel very up-sad that SE did nothing but just tell me to post in forum. I mean I still can work on other things such like main scenario quest or guide quest ect. but GC quests are one of the most important part in game as well. I dont wanna end up not being able to play this part.
plus, I still can not ride my chocobo since i missing the chocobo whistle after the chocobo quest.
is anyone also got this kind of issue?
