    Nvidia driver problem

    when i can play after a while the game freezes and then the screen will go back and the go back to normal after about 15 seconds. i had this problem in the beta and i recall there being a thread about it, i also think it's crashed the game.

    PC specs are:

    GTX 680 2GB
    Windows 8 64-bit
    i7 3770k 3.50 GHz @ 4.40 GHZ
    8GB DDR3 Ram
    256 GB SSD

    The reference to nvd3dum.dll does indeed suggests it's a display driver issue. Update to the latest NVIDIA drivers if you haven't already, if you have then you can try downgrading to an older one or risking upgrading to a beta version if there's one available.

    It might be as simple as your graphics card is overheating though so it's worth checking that it's not clogged with dust and that airflow in your computer is working okay.

    I have GTX 680 as well using 326.80 drivers with no issues.

    Also at the driver installation, make sure to check "clean installation"
