    Exactly what I got. Waiting in a queue for an hour or two just to be told nobody can speak to you is annoying.
    Where is the support team?
    Where is the community management team?
    Where is the communication between company and consumer?
    There are several problems, and if you can't fix them immediately at least let us know.
    I'm more upset that we're ignored than I am that we have issues.

    When the phones are blowing up, for every one that's answered 4 go to voicemail. Chat support is no different. I suggest call them or wait.
