Migrating from Europe to Japan

Dear Final Fantasy XIV players,

I was wondering if I migrate from Europe to Japan (Real life)
Will I still be able to log in on my European account?

I hope someone can help me out.

If FFXI was any indication, you may have to import EU version expansions. That shouldn't be a big deal though, in this day and age. It'll just cost you a little extra for shipping and whatnot

Currently, you can easily switch between all 3 server types. I currently main on NA servers, however because of latency issues I play between NA and JP servers testing ping reaction times. You can just choose the world from computer and go!
