    Time Sensitive? seriously WTF Square Enix

    So.....I've had a ticket in with Square Enix to try to get them to fix the issue THEY created with my account and being unable to apply my hard copy code because of their region locking on my Collectors Edition I paid for......but not on their pre-order code.     I just get an email from them

    ARE THEY SERIOUS?????????
    Time sensitive? So needing to be able to apply my Windows copy code so I can keep playing the game AFTER Early Access finishes is NOT time sensitive?????????

    I am so furious right now I could literally kill.

    Well, just re-open it - it was probably closed automatically, I don't think someone saw it and thought "Oh this guy cannot even apply his legit product code, no biggie, let's close this ticket!".

    I would probably do that.....BUT the ticket is not even listed with my account. It was deleted by Square Enix.
    And even if I could re-open it.....then it goes back into the 48 hour cycle. Which would be just a tad too late to apply my windows code to my account before Early Access cut-off. Far as I understand it, if an account is not made into a FULL account before the specified date, you have to make a new account.

    so I see my email was not alone......
    Looks like Square Enix decided easiest way to deal with the volume of requests for support was to just close them all. Regardless of issue and importance.

    Worst Customer Service ever!!!!!!

    I would just chill on it they know they have alot of people with that error and they probably closed the ticket because they are going to leave early access open until the issues are resolved and then start handling issues like yours after The other major issues are resolved... But to see them terminate the early access before all major bugs is something I can't see them doing... This is more like an extended beta test for them...
