Getting queued and then getting 1017

I realize this isn't an in-game bug but there doesn't appear to be a place to report out of game bugs. And the tech support section is completely useless. This is the thread I created:

In summary, I am getting queued very rarely. Most of the time I just get 1017. But when I do get queued I get false hope that I'll actually be able to play. About 30 seconds later I get 1017, even though made it into the queue.

I can't imagine this is anything but a bug. So here's my last attempt to report it. It's still happening. Queue is clearly still broken. I thought for sure that in the middle of the day, while most people would be at school/work, that I would be able to log on. Nope. Fix the queue. It's MMO 101.

Hey at least you're getting into a queue. I'm still getting the damn 1017 error over and over and over. I thought they would have had this fixed after so many emergency maintenance's. Guess they didn't really fix anything, just brought the servers down to boot all the afker's.
