Chocobo Companion Question

@Camate: Can we train only our company chocobos or also our self raised chocobos later?

Because my plan was originaly 3 Chocobos each specialized in one of the 3 roles and 1 or 2 hybrid Chocobos.

Maybe also let me be a Chocobo trainer if it is possible ^^
Raise them, train them and then sell them on the market.

If that's your plan and it does work out that way, is it to late to place an order with you. I want Redwing to be red.
