In any case it doesn't really matter much. This is a Japanese game, operated by a Japanese company from Japan, so it's entirely normal that communication will come in Japanese first. We should already be thankful that we're getting things as timely as we do, as the norm for games operated from Asia is getting them months later, with patches extremely late, and almost no communication at all.
