Trolls, White Knights, and everything in between... ASSEMBLE!

Seeing as the game has now ‘officially’ been released, I come here, trying to gather all of the above mentioned entities for one very specific reason.
While at work, I practically live on these forums. During beta, I lived on those. I am a SE as well as a Final Fantasy fanboy, I make no secret of that. I have also been very critical over certain things SE did and didn’t do with ARR. All that said, I got to thinking about the state of the game and how to improve it while I sit here reading this bash/troll/white knight-fest, that the forums have turned into.
I’ll go ahead and lay this out in a point style thread so that people can feel free to give their input.

>The game has been released, please stop QQing about what they should’ve done. You do not have a time machine and thereby can NOT go back and change it.

>Stop bashing SE, Yoshi P, the Dev’s, and the Mod’s of this here forum over things ‘YOU’ wanted/want to see in this game.

>Stop attacking people for bringing up valid points, just because they do not make SE or the Final Fantasy Franchise sound good.

>Start providing constructive ways of implementing the things you feel the game is missing, instead of starting rage threads about how badly “SE sux”

>Document the things you’re suggesting in a way that a layman can understand it, because a lot of the players playing ARR have NEVER played another MMO before, and may not know what you are referring to.

>Start using the forum search feature!

>Start using the appropriate forums for the threads you start. Flooding one particular forum section with irrelevant garbage helps no one.

>We are all suffering the ‘1017 Raid boss’, instead of starting a new thread every time you want to stand on your soap box and shout about how terribad SE is failing at another MMO release, try participating in constructive discussion in the threads already established for this ongoing issue.

>Truth be told, no one here cares how well another MMO has done something or how well said MMO’s studio is doing. This is Final Fantasy: A Realm Reborn, and Square Enix. They do things a different way, I may not always agree with said ways, but I know there is no way I can change those.

>Stop making childish threats. No one cares if you will refuse to play this game, or if you’ll tell your super special guild not to either. There is enough of us fanboys and fangals, willing to stick it out and see if SE is going to get this thing right even if we don’t necessarily agree with everything going on. (That is not to say we are blind or stupid, we are just putting our faith in a company that hasn’t failed us in the past, and that was willing to pull a ‘failed’ mmo and revamp it from the ground up instead of letting it die.)

>Stop starting a thank you thread every 2 hours, we get it, you love SE, so do many of us. We however do not feel the need to crawl up squares you know where to make our point. We show it by buying said game, and paying the sub.

So I simply ask that you drop all the bickering, the threats, the white knighting, the trolling (this one we know will never stop), and just move on forward. Let’s attempt to help square make this game a success, not by bashing, but by being constructive and proactive.

Thanks for this thread, I couldn't agree more. Lets use general discussion to discuss the game instead of pointless suggestions. The game is no longer in beta. Its time to actually play it.
