I can craft HQ AF extremely easily, 100% HQ mats as long as I have SOME HQ (very reliably HQ even with only NQ mats, but I prefer to not risk it for commissions), HQ Vanya at 100% Chance with HQ mats, I have done a bunch already and I have never failed to HQ them, 100% HQ every single time and it wasn't even close (100% at turn 20, when I had enough CP for at least 10-15 more turns).

I'll probably be after HQ vanya robe+hat at some point soon, for the moment though I'm selling everything I get my hands on (saving for a big housing plot and really have no idea how much I'm going to need), but I'm earning a fair amount each say so I'm sure I'll be able to set aside some potashes over the next week.
