Really weird Log In problem - Can't get past the Launcher

Hello everyone,

I really hope I can get some help here. Since this afternoon I'm getting a really weird log in error and now I am at a point where I have absolut no idea what to do.
Whenever I try to log on I immediatly get this error:

(it says "FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn doesn't work anymore" Windows can search online for a solution etc)

I get that right after I've pressed "Log In". It isn't the clients/launcher fault as my boyfriend can log in with his account just fine. I even get that error when I try to log in my account on his computer. Anyone has got an idea how to fix that problem?

Restarting my computer didn't help, reinstalling didn't help.. err yeah.. D: Kinda lost here.

My wife is having this same issue. Hits the log in button and bam windows error pops up. Using my log in works with no problems only hers. Would love to hear if you fixed it or not.

EDIT: My wife had an email from SE saying she needed to change her password because her account got locked for suspicious activities. Which is funny since we just bought the game this morning lol. Anyways once she did that there was no more problems.
