Here's the thing though, it's a digital purchase. If it was a physical copy of the game, I'd agree with the almost always no return policy. That's almost -never- the case with a digital copy of the game. I've gotten refunds for a plethora of games both MMOs and other titles based on the fact that game wasn't what it should have been. Generally the banks will agree with their consumer as well as long as that you can prove that the title isn't up to par with what it's advertising in terms of access, etc.
