Petition: Immediate free world transfer

To lower world populations and allow friends to play together I propose an immediate implementation of free world transfers from high pop worlds to low pop worlds.

And keep these free world transfers in place until a week or two after the new servers are added so people can get back to their respective NA/EU/JP servers they should have been able to get on to begin with!

Again, time is important, implement this NOW.

They're currently trying to balance the worlds out by limiting new characters at certain times. Whether we think that's a good idea or not, they're certainly not going to allow you to just transfer to any world like you want, there you would be total chaos defeating everything they've been trying until this point!

A locked server is locked at ALL times. No new characters period. Cept if your a gold seller it seems...

And as for it creating chaos, what do you call what is happening right now then...

Er ... there are NO 'low pop' servers in the system, if there were do you think there'd be a problem for new players to create characters?

And as for it creating chaos, what do you call what is happening right now then...

Oh I agree it's chaos right now, but because they're trying to balance out the worlds I'd like to believe it's organised chaos (as opposed to total chaos with completely unbalanced servers which is what would happen if they allowed transfers right now).
