This maybe why my CE codes do not work?

So I ordered:
Product Name: FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Collector's Edition [PC DOWNLOAD] (Pre-Ordered)
Anticipated Released Date: August 27, 2013
Qty Ordered: 1
Amount: $49.99
email receipt starting like:
"Thank you for ordering from Square-Enix, Inc. on August 2, 2013. The following email is a summary of your order. Please use this as your proof of purchase. If you paid by credit card, please look for DRI*Square Enix.com on your credit card billing statement."
Now i got another email a few days ago with a 20 digit code, for the mog site i'm told, and an 18 digit, that is 6 letters, 3 #s, 6 letters, 3#s, neither of which work.. at the Mog station site or SE main site.
So out of curiousity, i pulled up my bank statements to look for the before-quoted DRI*Square Enix.com, only to be unable to find it, or ANY transaction for the forementioned 49.99. So is this maybe why my codes do not work? or are they, for some reason, holding off on taking payment??
