Final Fantasy 14 CE Coeurl mount issue

So upon getting my mail for the CE items i use the barding and coeurl mount but neither are showing up in the mounts tab, my chocobo isnt decked out nor do i have a Coeurl mount now, feels like i got ripped off, we all know that the support center for Square Enix is god awful. so my question is does anyone have a remedy for this, i see everyone else riding there coeurl mounts and it sucks ,am i basically just gonna have to wait it out till they fix this bs? I have a spare CE code but i dont think this will even help at all, since id have to make a new service account for it.

The Coeurl mount should have been placed in your inventory. You have to use the Jar first before it will show up in your mounts tab. The Behemoth barding needs to be equiped on your Chocobo to see it. If you go to your Skills/Actions menu under General Actions you will see a companion button. If you open the companion tab, you can equip the armor from that menu.
