Computer Crashed now getting 3102

The 3102 error is supposed to happen when you disconnect suddenly. You'll be logged out soon (10 minutes?) like the error says so just try again shortly.

The problem in phase 4 wasn't the 3102 error, but the fact it didn't log you out. That problem is fixed so 3102 is working exactly like it's supposed to.

I'm having similar problems and I've seen multiple threads with countless possible solutions but nothing seems to work. What happened to me was that I was getting BSOD from time to time but now I can't get past a particular cutscene because each time my computer crashes. It seems like my computer handled other more graphically intensive moments during the game but can not get past this one cutscene.

I have never had this problem before and I've played recent games on high settings. I can understand it's maybe a hardware problem but it's FFXIV that is the cause of that problem. I would just love to know which aspect of the game is causing this situation for so many people.

Sidenote... I have an open ticket with no response yet. Someone in another thread said they had one open for 5 days so I'm not holding my breath.
