Attribute point assignment

There is a slash number under the point assignment menu, what does it mean?
For example, at lvl 33, my Mind attribute would say 0/5 while Strength would say 0/14. This confuses me

I've always thought that would be the number of attributes required to increase it. Then again, the most I've gone up to is lvl 13. I'm potentially wrong in this, but I've not seen any other indications as to what it is.

The number on the left shows how many points you are currently adding to that stat, while the number on the right shows hoe many more points you can add to that stat for your current level.
