Character Creation World Limit Bug

I had this problem as well. At the time I had 4 character in total on my account - two on JP servers, and 2 on Adamantoise (NA). I tried to make a new character on an open server and it told me I had reached the limit of characters for my account type. I deleted the JP characters awhile ago and eventually managed to make a new character on Cactuar (NA) just recently. I still have both of my other characters on Adamantoise.

Also, one of the characters I deleted from the JP servers still exists in my account info on the forums and lodestone site even though it was deleted about 4 days ago. I hope that wont be causing me any problems later. All I care about at the moment is that I do indeed have a character on the server I want, finally. As long as I can play it from there, then I'm good.

Edit: Oh, and in case it matters. I played the last Beta, bought the digital CE from SQEX, registered the pre-order code, but have not yet registered my CE code. That's all my account is atm. Didn't play 1.0.
