Lagging as F***, Titan nearly undoable

Hey Folks, and maybe Staff of SE (lol),

my biggest Problem by far is the massive Lag in this Game. I noticed it the whole Time, that People just warping through the Areas, I can cast while walking (wtf?), and Stuff like that. I thought that it was maybe a Background Download here and there, but no. So far i got today to the Primae Titan. HELL NO! What a D***. Nearly unplayable. Got kicked a trillion Times down the Edge, while for me i stood out of the 'Void' of him. Wipe after Wipe the same. Nearly I enraged, because of this crap. But finaly after like 60 Minutes of trying we made it. But in there i stood, because of Lag, 2 or 3 Times in the Void's. So i don't know, what could i do. Can i do anything against that. Or whatever. Hope somebody knows a Solution to this.

Anyway, i heard, that the Servers are Located in Canada, so it's no wonder, why my Ping is so horrible. I'm located in the EU, with (hopefully not for long anymore) only 2k DSL. Hope you can unterstand my Problems, because of my epic English Skills.

I haven't had problems with warping or anything like that but my character is moving extremely slow compared to others and I am not using the walk function. I can be sprinting and players who aren't will be able to pass me up like I am in a prius and they are in a lambo... I contacted phone support and their response was to reinstall the game so that's what I am doing right now, but they also said they are forawarding my ticket to GM so hopefully some time next year i will get a response (lol).

Well, i won't try out that Lowerping-Stuff, just if there was a free alternative. It worked as well in every(!) other MMO / Online Game yet. But only in FF 14 it's just to hard with the Latency. Never had that anywhere else, when i lagged or some in another Game, i noticed that, because of Steam was updating and Stuff like that. But here it's random and i checked out my Ping in TeamSpeak, it was "normal" at ~50ms. So no lag on my Side.
Hope SE does anything to solve this Problem, I seem to be not the only one.

You're definitely not the only one. This issue seems to be happening on all or most servers primarily in duty finder instances. It appears that the issue you described matches the issues described in the following thread: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...rted-10hrs-ago.

Okay. Strange, that this Problem is noticed by so many People yet and SE didn't do anything to solve that. Did anywhere a GM or SE Employee replied to one of those Posts?

From what I've observed in this forum, the only way to bring something to SE support's attention relating to an in-game problem is to file a bug report from the service desk within the game and hope they receive it and do something about it. (There is no feedback after you file a bug report)
