They will include the shipping payment in the refund, but only at standard shipping, and that is still more money out of pocket right now. The CE items (Physical) are very important to me, as I have an extensive Final Fantasy Collection. I figured I could return it to them, request a refund and call a local gamestop to make a purchase (2 PS3 CE), but none of the 15 gamestops in my city have copies.

So as it stands right now, I won't be able to play for at least 3 weeks, may not get a CE edition at all, and I purchased the product from the source on day 1. It's even worse since I'm the leader of my Shell/FC.

All I really need is for them to provide me 2 CE PS3 codes to enter into the XMB interface. I already have the physical items from the PC copies they sent me. The thing that is mots aggravating is that they won't do anything to remedy their mistake or to make up for it.
