Thanks omega. Does lancer and drg level differently? I don't have elusive jump or spine shatter

DRG will always be the same level as your LNC. Any jobs that release for LNC in the future will also be the same level as your LNC. The way you progress in a job is to do a specific quest (from the same NPC in Coerthas) every 5 levels to unlock a new job specific action (along with DRG artifact gear). So at Lv 50 you will have 5 DRG actions total.
