Summoner Pet's are taking Debuff's they cannot get rid of

So, several fights come to mind but the first boss and last boss of Aurum Vale specifically my garuda can't eat the fruit to clear her debuff thus causing her to die to 2 stacks of the poison. there was a boss that casts doom on all players in the party as well "can't remember the boss name or dungeon name but you hvae to step on a platform to clear it. I can micro manage that one but I can't get garuda to eat a Marbol Fruit. Please fix

Edit: I should say Arcanist because the same thing happened to my fairies as a Scholar and carbuncle as a flat arcanist.

The Doom debuff boss is in the Sunken Temple of Qarn. I also noticed my pet dying to it as well. Micromanagement of pets currently sucks though.
