    Raid/Party wide dps cooldowns. Do they exist?

    Question: short of the bard's Mana/TP recovery spells, and a few other defensive raid wide cooldowns... does any job/class have a raid wide dps cooldown available at the moment? What comes to mind, is something like Heroism from WoW.

    I think scholars have a few spells, but I'm not 100% sure.

    SCH has pets that give strong buffs, can't confirm whether or not they are raid wide though. BRD also has 10% dmg buff applied to enemies "within hearing distance" but it seems to be fairly large range. I think what you are looking for through is SCH Increases spell speed of self and nearby party members by 30% for 30s.
    Cannot use while Fey Light effect is active.

    or

    Increases skill speed of self and nearby party members by 30% for 30s.
    Cannot use while Fey Glow effect is active.
