    Launcher System Error 2146697211

    I keep getting launcher error 2146697211 whenever I try loading the game. I dont get to the login part, i just get that error, and the launcher closes down. The ONLY way I can fix it, is to restart my computer... Anyone ever have this and can offer suggestions?
