    Red Exclamation marks over NPC's Head

    I am a 1.0 Legacy lvl 41 CNJ. When i first got into town everyone has been giving me lvl 1 quest's and treating as a new adventurer, is this normal. Now i am trying to get a new CNJ quest but there is a red Exclamation mark over the NPC's head. It won't let me click accept on the quest because the quest is a lvl 1 and it is a quest from 1.0 meaning i have already done it. I still haven't received any of my items from 1.0 and now this... What do i do?

    Yes this normal. check and remove soul stone to be able to complete all your quests to fully unlock your class and job quests later on. I have spent the last two days unlocking Armorer and Blacksmith myself.
