Regarding New Players and Full Servers

Dear friends,

I recently got one of my good friends interested in playing the game. After purchasing the game much to our dismay we came to realize that he couldn't make a character on my server because it had reached it's population limit until an undisclosed time.

I do have an alternate character already leveled and located on my server (Sargatanas), but regretfully I already changed her appearance and name, so he would be stuck playing a character that isn't to his liking.

I bring to you two questions, any information on these topics would be most appreciated:

#1 Is there any word on when, or if, these restrictions will be lifted on legacy servers?

#2 Has any information been given yet regarding when, or if, paid race/sex/name change options will be made available?

i to am waiting on been able to make a character on a legacy server,sitting here refreshing but does not show up as available yet=(

I had the same problem on Behemoth man my friends couldn't make characters but then today BAM they got in with character creation so I think they are slowly opening up the servers while they upgrade them just be patient it will happen

Also in regards to change of character appearance:
The Phial of Fantasia is an item that you get for the first 30-day subscription, part of the veteran rewards. It allows you to remake your entire apperance and race, everything except name.

Are you sure you can change your race withe The Phial of Fantasia? I really want to change from Lalafell to something bigger. It's getting boring running around as a midget :P
