Since the thread maker decided to not mention anything about his "game mechanic issue", how do we know that it's something that can't be answered by another user?Same, I had a ticket open from over a week ago which closed this morning for the same reason. The problem with my account hasn't been fixed, but now I have to go back into the start of the queue again. :S
Yes, but has anyone actually seen a technical support reply from anyone official? 4 new stickied threads yesterday is the only thing I've seen.
Lots of things here have been resolved that way.
I'm not defending anyone.
I gave a suggestion to the thread maker to use available resources. What if it's just some misunderstanding or something that can be solved by other users? We can't know unless the thread maker says anything more.
