2. Supply missions reset at 5:00 AM.
3. Maintenance occurred during this time.
4. Logged back in at 8:45 AM and found no available supply missions, and the next refresh is tomorrow (8/29) at 5:00 AM (in 20 hours).

I believe there is an issue where these timers don't activate during server downtime.

Same thing occurred on Adamantoise.
