Like many others, my Collectors Edition game key is on a different MogStation service account than my character. As a result, my character will be inaccessible until they fix the accounts one by one and finally get to mine.
I submitted a ticket via the form for this specific problem on Monday and I also submitted an email support ticket about the issue that same day. The only response from Square-Enix was acknowledgement that they received my support ticket.
I was unable to contact them again until Wednesday morning when I called the 301-846-0345 support line the minute they opened. I waited on hold 5 hours before I had to leave for work. They never answered.
While I was waiting on hold, I was in the chat queue. I waited about two and a half hours before getting to the top of the queue...
"There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later".
...
At that point, I pretty much gave up and tried to buy another copy of the game but it's sold out...
The problem now is that my only option seems to be the call/chat route even though I don't have the time before the grace period ends. I don't believe people that call or chat should get escalated at the expense of other customers. Unfortunately this seems to be the case and I'm sick of dealing with this instead of actually playing the game.
So... to the customer service rep that fixes my MogStation account, send me your email address and I will PayPal you $20. I am 100% serious.
**EDIT #1: Today, I got through with option one after one and a half hours. The guy I spoke to confirmed that people that use live communication to take care of this issue are definitely getting priority. There is no timeframe for people that only used the form or email. They are definitely monitoring the forums if there was any doubt.
They are going through the tickets one at a time so if you have multiple tickets open, please close them so that others can get through faster.
The rep also would not accept my offer of $20 but I did offer. XD

**EDIT #2: I got through to support around 12:30pm my time and my account is now fixed at 4pm my time. Apparently calling or chatting fixes the problem almost immediately.
