Connecting PS3 to PC account help

Hello, I received my PS3 version today, and having seen many warning on how to avoid making a second account, I was told to select "Add new Platform" under Mog Station.

But when I do this, it tells me this action cant be done on the PC, but must be done on the PS3.

Looking at the booklet, it says to register a "Promo code" to my Redeem Code section on the PS3, but idk if the registration code is the promotional code.

ALSO, I'm unable to access the mog station with the web browser on the PS3, it always gives me a warning "Unable to display webpage." (Usually when the web page requires more RAM than the PS3 has.)

Considering the ONLY option I can see is to use the registration code in the Redeem Code, I'm afraid I'm going to fall into the same problem everyone else did, and make a 2nd account.

Has anyone successfully attached a new PS3 code, to their old PC account, w/o needing to get through customer support?

Please help explain what I need to do, and in what order.

Have you played ARR on PS3 before (Beta 4 stage / Early access)?

Basically - in the PS3 game box are two cards with the redeem codes. Look for the one with 4-4-4 code - that's the one you need to redeem via PS3 directly (either in the PSN store / redeem code or via account management / redeem code). You can also redeem it via Vita connected to the sam PSN account or via Sony's SEN account management web page. Either way - you'd need after that to download or install from game disc and update the game and run it. First time you'll run it on PS3 it will prompt you to accepts UA and then to link your PSN account to your SE Service account. If you have only one account then just attach the PS3 to this, if you have multiply service account under the same SE account you'll see the list of all of them and you need to chose the one you want the PS3 attach to (it will show list of your current characters as well if you've already played on PC).

If it's the same as the how the BETA worked, all you need to do is use the PS3's "Redeem Code" to enter your PS3 version's registration code. When it asks you to log in just log in with your current SE account and you will be prompted to link your PS3 account with your SE account. I'm not sure how people are making second accounts unless they are...well...making second accounts.
