Quest items not being used all the time.

    Time: All of the time
Frequency: All the time. Like, seen it happening since phase 3.
    World name: Hyperion
    Character name: Ulli Ona
NPC name: Any place you can use an item for a quest

    Party or solo: solo

    Area and coordinates:
    Steps:
    1. Get a quest where you are using items to either spawn monsters, or achieve a goal (example being the Gridania Leve where you talk to the firefly looking monsters to turn them into leaves)
    2. Useing the item does not go through if you move the camera. I understand the item not going through if you move your character, but moving the camera?
    3. Using the item while the target is moving also cancels the use of the item. It goes through, but the item is not consumed and you have to use it again and again.

The fact quest items where you are using a thing a npc gave you and it not going though because something as silly as the you moving the camera because you want to look around for the next objective or to the area it's supposed to spawn, or the monster you are supposed to use the item on moving, AND IT NOT GOING THROUGH DURING A TIMED LEVE, is really inconvenient.
