    Grand Company quests issue

    Time: 27 Aug 2013 (not sure about the time)
    Frequency: -
    World name: Ragnarok
    Character name: Yuki Senpai
    NPC name: Vorsaile Heuloix
    Monster name: -
    Class/Level: DRG/50
    Party or solo: Solo
    In-game time: -
    Area and coordinates: New Gridania Grand Company counter (Adder Twin)

    issue:

    the problem was about the Grand company quests

    first of all I used to be with different grand company before FFXIV ARR in ver.1 (Maelstorm)
    .. now I've choose the Twin Adder "Gridania" ..
    the problem after finishing "The company you keep" quest .. and joining the GC .. the quest "My Little Chocobo" didn't appear and another quest for the company (Shadows Uncast) for level 44 appeared instead .. however it's red aswell so I can't take it for some reason ? "I'm level 50 and in Adder twin"

    so strange .. I can't get my GC chocobo neither can do the company quests !

    in other word:
    My grand company quest lines is bugged .. and can't go further

    The red quest icon may be due to not being at high enough rank.

    As for the chocobo, have you checked with the Calamity Salvager? If you had a chocobo in 1.0, you should be able to find the whistle there.
    Use it, then you can find your chocobo among the Mounts.
