Thread: I have 1.0 CE but no ARR CE items!!!

Hey there,
I would just like to confirm that you are, in fact, supposed to have the 2.0 CE since you own the 1.0 CE.

Proof that you are correct is stated here, on an official SE owned site and states:

Players Who Own the FFXIV version 1.0 Collector’s Edition

Players who own the FFXIV version 1.0 Collector’s Edition will receive the FFXIV: ARR Collector’s Edition in-game bonus items (Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth Minion, Behemoth Barding, and Coeurl Mount) for free. The in-game bonus items will be delivered via Moogle Letter when FFXIV: ARR launches.

And seeing that you have an Onion Helm, the 1.0 CE item, not sure what the issue could be :s

yes, and I have all the proof to show I should have 2.0 CE items but still do not. I even received Fantasia the other day (albeit requirement is regular 1.0)

The thing is, you can't use the registration code of the game as a bonus item. The registration code is used for registering a "Service Account". The "Enter Bonus code" can only be used for registering items like the Onion Helm, the Cait Sith Doll, etc. If by any chance you have used the code from the Guest Pass leaflet, instead of the Booklet, then the chances are that you have registered a Standard version instead of the CE version (of which the code was mentioned on the backside of the booklet).

In that case, you need to contact the Support Desk about this issue. Which you have already done so according to your OP.
