No sound, extremely laggy, no character movement (PS3)

While doing FATEs in the Costa Del Sol area waiting for Duty Finder to get me into Baycroft, I noticed my sound was starting to get a little buggy - Music was getting quieter and quieter, sound effects weren't as prominant. Eventually the sound just completely shut off. Afterwards, my character was hardly moving at all, but I was doing commands (I was in the middle of a dungeon during this part - connected during FATEs, so I didn't want to abandon the players in there already...). Basically all I saw were the command hotbar showing me I was doing skills, but my character/monsters/other players weren't doing actions, just sliding across the screen.

I just rebooted the game (as well as my router and PS3), and ... woah I got in on my first try!

Sound is back. Everything seems to be back to normal. Weird.

Having this issue as well as of right now no sound and movement isn't laggy as of yet but sometimes there is no target yet monster is hitting me and takes a few whacks before he pops up on my screen. I don't wanna have to restart at this point tho in case of world being full... I scared!
